Step 2: Prepare Your Materials (ALL are required)

• Ensure you have a government issued VALID photo-id

• ALL parties that need to sign must be present (with IDs)

• Review your document to make sure no pages are missing

• Payment (cash, check, Paypal, or credit card*)

Step 3: Appointment Time

• All parties arrive

• I verify all parties IDs

• I witness your signature

• I seal all document(s) necessary in compliance with PA Notary Public standards
